Acceptable Use Policy
Requirements for responsible use of AUTOMEXON services, integrations and enabled platform features.
01Purpose
Automexon may be used only for lawful, authorized business communication, automation and connected workflows. This Acceptable Use Policy applies to Automexon services, accounts, APIs, webhooks, integrations and the Automexon WhatsApp Automation platform when enabled.
02Permission, Consent and Relevance
You must obtain the permissions, notices, consents and opt-ins required by applicable law and platform policies. Maintain accurate business identification and honor opt-out or unsubscribe requests promptly. Use contacts only for purposes they have authorized. Do not use purchased, rented, scraped or harvested lists unless you have a lawful basis and any required recipient permission for the intended communication.
03Prohibited Content and Conduct
You must not use Automexon for spam, phishing, scams, fraud, deceptive impersonation, malware, harassment, threats, unlawful surveillance, illegal goods or services, unlawful content, or content restricted or prohibited by applicable Meta, WhatsApp or other provider policies.
04WhatsApp and Meta Platform Integrity
Do not attempt to evade Meta or WhatsApp enforcement, messaging limits, quality controls, template rules, account restrictions or other platform safeguards. Do not use unofficial WhatsApp clients, unauthorized browser automation, credential theft, QR-session misuse, token theft, or other methods intended to bypass official platform controls. Approval of a message template does not remove your responsibility to ensure that the content, audience, consent and use are lawful and policy-compliant.
05API, Webhook and Credential Security
Do not access systems without authorization, misuse credentials, expose tokens or secrets, attempt to obtain another customer's data, interfere with service availability, scrape protected platform data, abuse APIs or webhooks, or exceed documented or agreed limits. Customers must protect their credentials and immediately report suspected compromise or unauthorized access.
06AI and Automated Communication
Automated and AI-assisted responses must remain within the agreed business purpose. Review outputs where appropriate, provide a clear route to human assistance when needed, and do not use AI to deceive users or to present unqualified automated output as professional advice in sensitive decisions.
07Data and Tenant Isolation
Do not attempt to access, infer, export or manipulate another Automexon customer's contacts, messages, credentials, account identifiers or other data. Any attempt to bypass tenant or role-based access controls is prohibited.
08Security Testing and Abuse
Do not perform penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, denial-of-service testing or similar security activity against Automexon or connected providers without prior written authorization. Security vulnerabilities should be reported responsibly to automexon@gmail.com with sufficient detail for investigation.
09Enforcement
Automexon may restrict, suspend or terminate affected accounts, integrations, campaigns or API access where reasonably necessary to address security, legal, billing or platform-policy risk. Where practical, Automexon will provide information about the issue and a route to resolve it, unless doing so would create additional risk, conflict with law or conflict with a third-party provider requirement.
10Reporting Abuse
Report suspected misuse, spam, fraud, security issues or policy violations to automexon@gmail.com. Billing and refund questions are handled under the applicable order, Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
