Terms for AUTOMEXON professional services and enabled platform subscriptions.
AUTOMEXON provides AI and business automation services, including workflow automation, CRM automation, AI-assisted solutions, website and e-commerce services, and WhatsApp Business automation.

These Terms apply to Automexon professional services and, where activated and expressly ordered, Automexon platform subscriptions. Website descriptions are general. The customer's accepted proposal, order, plan or written confirmation identifies the actual deliverables, limits, billing terms, dependencies, schedule, support commitments and acceptance criteria. Additional work outside the agreed scope may require a separate quote or change in scope.
Where Automexon provides an account, you must provide accurate information and use the account only if you are authorized to act for the relevant business. You are responsible for protecting credentials, controlling authorized team access and notifying Automexon promptly of suspected unauthorized use. Do not share account access outside the authorized business or beyond the team seats or access rights included in your plan.
You remain responsible for the contacts, content, instructions, notices, permissions and opt-ins you provide or rely on when using Automexon. You must honor opt-out requests and comply with applicable law, WhatsApp Business and Meta policies, template requirements, messaging windows and other platform rules. Do not upload unauthorized lists, use purchased or scraped contact data without appropriate authorization, or use Automexon for spam, phishing, fraud or prohibited content. The Automexon Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these Terms.
Automexon may integrate with Meta, WhatsApp, AI providers, hosting services, payment providers, CRMs, e-commerce services and other third-party tools. Their availability, eligibility rules, pricing, approvals, limits and policies are independent of Automexon. Automexon does not guarantee Meta or WhatsApp account approval, template approval, messaging eligibility, uninterrupted third-party service, or any particular sales or conversion result. Unless Automexon has received and is entitled to use an official designation, nothing in these Terms represents Automexon as Meta or WhatsApp or as an officially certified partner.
Automexon pricing is stated in PKR unless otherwise agreed in writing. Plan selection on the website may request onboarding or access rather than immediately taking payment. Before a paid subscription is activated, the applicable order should identify the billing period, start date, plan limits, taxes, renewal method and any setup or separate fees. Meta/WhatsApp messaging or conversation charges, third-party software charges, AI usage or other provider fees may apply separately unless expressly included in the customer's written order.
Recurring charges require prior agreement to the relevant payment and renewal terms. A website visit, demo request or enquiry alone does not authorize automatic renewal. To cancel a future renewal, contact Automexon before the next agreed renewal date using the support channel stated in your order or by emailing automexon@gmail.com. Cancellation of future renewal does not automatically create a refund for a period already supplied. Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy and the customer's written order.
Capacity, team seats, contact limits, automation usage, API usage, support and other limits are defined by the accepted plan or order. 'Fair use' does not mean unlimited messaging or unlimited third-party usage. Do not overload systems, bypass limits, evade Meta or provider enforcement, share access outside the authorized business, misuse credentials, or abuse APIs, webhooks, automation features or connected services.
Automexon may restrict or suspend affected services where reasonably necessary for security incidents, non-payment, unlawful activity, fraud, spam, abuse, material policy violations, unauthorized access or serious risk to Automexon or a third-party platform. Where practical, Automexon will explain the reason and a route to resolve the issue unless doing so would increase security risk or conflict with law or a provider requirement. Data access and deletion requests after termination remain subject to the Privacy Policy and Data Deletion process.
Service availability can depend on third-party APIs, hosting, Meta/WhatsApp services, internet connectivity and customer configuration. Automexon does not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Any response-time commitment, uptime commitment or dedicated support obligation applies only if expressly agreed in writing.
You retain ownership of your customer data and grant Automexon the permission reasonably necessary to process it for the agreed service. Automexon does not acquire ownership of your customer data. Ownership of custom deliverables, source code, templates, workflows and other project outputs is governed by the applicable proposal or order. Pre-existing Automexon tools, reusable components and third-party licensed materials retain their respective ownership. Automexon will not publish confidential client work without permission except where disclosure is required by law.
Automexon's handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Where Automexon processes end-customer information on behalf of a business customer, the customer remains responsible for the lawful purpose and instructions for that processing. Customers must not instruct Automexon to process data in a way that violates applicable law or platform policies.
Each party remains responsible for its own conduct and legal obligations. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Automexon's liability relating to an affected service is limited to the amounts paid for that service during the period giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot lawfully be limited. Any project-specific indemnity or broader liability arrangement must be expressly agreed in writing.
Automexon may update services, plans, features or these Terms to reflect operational, legal, security or third-party platform changes. Material pricing or plan changes that affect a paid renewal should be communicated before the relevant future renewal where reasonably practicable.
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan. Please raise concerns with Automexon support first so the parties can attempt good-faith resolution. If a dispute remains unresolved, courts with competent jurisdiction in Pakistan apply, subject to any mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
