Refund & Billing Policy
This policy covers professional services and subscriptions when ordered. Mandatory consumer rights and remedies take precedence over exclusions below.
Before payment
Your written quote identifies deliverables, setup fees, subscription periods, taxes and third-party charges. Selecting a plan is not a payment request. No recurring payment is taken through this website.
Subscriptions and renewals
Where a subscription is activated, its agreed billing cycle and renewal method are recorded in your order. Automatic renewal requires advance agreement. Request cancellation before the next renewal date by email; we confirm the cancellation and the remaining access period.
Subscription refund eligibility
Duplicate or incorrect charges and services we cannot provide are reviewed for correction or an appropriate refund. Change-of-mind cancellation normally stops the next renewal rather than refunding a period already supplied, unless your order or applicable law provides otherwise. Unused prepaid periods affected by our failure to supply are assessed fairly.
Setup and custom development
Before work begins, a cancellation may qualify for a refund less disclosed, genuinely non-recoverable costs. Once work starts, we account for completed work and committed costs against the agreed scope; any eligible unearned balance is refundable. Completed and accepted work is normally not refundable for a change of mind.
Service problems
Contact us with the issue and relevant evidence. We first seek to correct a verified defect within agreed scope and reasonable time. If we cannot provide the agreed service, we assess the undelivered portion for an appropriate refund. This does not limit remedies required by law.
Third-party charges
Meta/WhatsApp messaging fees, AI usage, domains, hosting and other provider fees are separate where stated. Amounts already consumed or irrevocably committed follow that provider’s refund rules. Any recovered refundable amount attributable to you is accounted for; no unlimited Meta messaging is included.
Request and processing
Email automexon@gmail.com with your name, account or project reference, invoice, payment date and reason. Do not send full card details. We confirm the review result, calculation and method. Approved refunds are normally initiated within 10–15 business days; provider processing times may differ.
Disputes
Please contact support to help resolve billing concerns, without giving up your right to raise a legitimate payment dispute. We may provide relevant transaction and delivery records to the payment provider. A disputed charge may require a review of the affected service, not an automatic denial of your legal rights.
